As a seasoned Post Supervisor and Producer based in Los Angeles, Dale has dedicated his career to efficiently guiding independent film productions of moderate size or budget through the challenging processes of pre-production, production, and post-production, resulting in successful delivery of foreign and domestic distribution packages.

With over 20 years of film production experience and expertise in the latest techniques, technology, and software, he has supervised post-production and VFX for numerous domestic and international independent feature films. His focus on meeting the specific needs of filmmakers and producers, while balancing creativity and cost, allows him to bring the director's vision to life while staying on track and budget.

Dale also leads Carbon Arc Media's acquisitions facilitation practice, connecting film library owners and producers with established sales agents who have active buyer relationships at AFM, Cannes, Berlin, and MIPCOM. His expertise spans the full delivery pipeline — chain of title assembly, E&O insurance coordination, music clearances, guild documentation, copyright registration, DCP and IMF mastering, HDR and Dolby Vision deliverables, platform-specific QC compliance, and final submission to business affairs.

Binh Dang brings over three decades of comprehensive film industry experience to his role as Head of Production for several production companies, where he currently maintains an active slate of productions. He has a proven track record with major distributors, including Grindstone and Lionsgate Films, that have distributed multiple Dang-produced films, positioning him as a trusted partner for investors seeking projects with established distribution pathways.

Aligned with key independent production entities that operate as preferred vendors for major streaming platforms including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, Binh has helped establish companies as significant forces in independent production with business models focused on creating content that ensures solid returns for investors.

His executive producer credits demonstrate his ability to manage complex financing structures and deliver projects that meet both artistic and commercial objectives for theatrical and streaming release. His production finance expertise covers bridge loans, gap financing, tax credit optimization, pre-sales packaging, and the full spectrum of independent film capitalization.
